Per-Erik Nilsson is a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at the interdisciplinary research program of excellence The Impact of Religion, Uppsala University, Sweden.

Per-Erik’s main research topic is on the politics of secularism with a focus on France, Turkey, and Sweden. In 2014 Per-Erik will commence a 4 year long research project financed by the Swedish Research Council on secularism and far-right in France.
